At Nowell Consulting Services, we don’t just teach the business of care—we live it. Founded by a veteran of the North Carolina healthcare industry, our mission is to simplify the path for the next generation of agency owners.

Professional Expertise I am the owner and operator of Nowell Care at Home Agency, a full-service agency, as well as Nowell’s In-Home Helpers, a specialized PCA service. Having built these businesses from the ground up, I understand the local North Carolina landscape, from the intricacies of DHSR licensing to the day-to-day challenges of staffing and compliance.

A Personal Mission My passion for high-quality care is deeply personal. As a primary caregiver for my adult son and a foster parent who recently adopted two brothers, I know firsthand the profound impact that reliable, compassionate in-home support has on a family. I started this consulting firm to help you build a business that provides that same level of excellence to the families in your community.
